Very nice and awesome staff ! We felt every welcomed I recommend this place 100%​​​​​​​

This was my first time as a patient at Eye2Eye and I was very impressed. I have a chronic issue that needed to be addressed, and they fit me in less than 48 hours after my request for an appointment - that's pretty much unheard of! The facility is clean and convenient, and the employees were very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Ho did an amazing job of concisely describing my issue as well as what I need to do at home, and I did not feel rushed at all. I'm so grateful for such a positive experience and I know I'll see care earlier because of this great interaction.

Patient and kind office staff! I recently switched to daily contacts, and I used the trial lenses for a few days before calling to place an order for a yearly supply. Because I had used monthlies up until this point, I was inexperienced with the increased costs of the daily lenses, and ended up calling back two more times to adjust my order to allow for full FSA benefits and such. The office staff was so incredibly patient with me even though I know I caused them extra work, and they very graciously helped me to cancel and amend my order even though it meant them having to contact my insurance to adjust things. I am very grateful for their patience and professionalism!

Love love love the energy of this office and can’t wait to visit their med spa next door!! Edea is always warm and welcoming, even if I miss a year! Michael listens well to what I want, even if he gently encourages me beyond my comfort zone. I appreciate it because he and Grandville are almost like my stylists! They’ve helped me find fabulous frames repeatedly over the years. Geo is always professional and thorough. The new girl who does the exams is so professional! And Dr. Ho is the perfect addition!! She and Dr. A are excellent in their craft and make me feel good in the process. I travel 40 minutes with no traffic, specially to go to Eye 2 Eye because they always have great frames and their people are awesome! 5 Star Quality of Service and People! Dr. A clearly treats her people well. Not sure I’be seen a business sustain so many of their people for so long. Kudos to this team!

We come here for kid glasses. They take excellent care of fitting little ones and go the extra mile. We stopped by to pick up a backup set of glasses, and technician noticed there was a very small scratch on his current glasses. They ordered him new lenses on the house Bc we had purchased within the year.

I booked two appointments for me and my 7 year old and both went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We saw 2 different doctors and I feel confident and comfortable with their assessments (especially since I didn't get sold a new pair of glasses for a slight change). They recommended some OTC products to improve my daughter's eye health. They had a small but great selection of frames... naturally my kid picked designer and they were pricey, but I believe they had a few options that were less expensive.​​​​​​​

They appear to have changed their process so that you do not check out with the people who sell glasses. It always felt like a bit of a hard sell in the past. The new system is much better! They are professional, efficient, and pleasant. A very nice experience!​​​​​​​
